Poetry: Oblivious Mind

Oblivious Mind

I am defeated by the tyranny of my fears
And the madness that besieged my mind
Where I am trapped in an unseen plot
That lies above and beyond, afar and near

What remains inside resides in the shade
Nowhere but a dark mysterious country
Here there is no light beyond the limit
Or the calm of a happy natural life

Such contentment are not supplied here
But a cobweb with no ending in sight
Where men can sit calmly at the edges
To catch a drift passing by in loom
